Fleur de lis Nordic Ware UK bundt pan

This is my latest addition to my Nordic Ware uk bundt pan collection.

I have had the pleasure of using this tin with this weeks Great British Bake Off 2016 technical challenge, Patisserie week,  for a Savarin cake which is a ring shaped cake made with yeast popular in France.  The Savarin cake can then be decorated with fresh cream, fruit, caramel shards and a chocolate disc with the name Savarin written on it.
