In this video tutorial I show you how to make a semi circle cake design

This cake set up can be used to make purse design cakes and you can design them anyway you like.

I used a lemon cake recipe but you can use any flavour you like

Method to make semi circle cake

Bake and fill a round cake

Cut it in half and then put some buttercream on a cake board or cake plate to help stick your cake down.

Put the cake cut side down, crumb coat it before decorating it anyway you like.
