In this video I show you how to pipe a buttercream rose onto a cupcake. It is the same methods used to pipe roses or rosettes on to cakes.
You will need the following
- Cupcakes
- Vanilla cupcake recipe
- Chocolate cupcakes
- Icing bag and a large star tip nozzle : How to fit a piping nozzle inside a piping bag

Fit your nozzle into a piping bag. Use piping nozzle 1m.
Put icing in piping bag fitted with the large open star nozzle
