In this video I show you the easiest way to split open cardamom pods to get ehe seeds out. Cardamoms can be used in cooking, baking or even in tea.

Cardamom tea

Put a tea bag, milk (optional), water and sugar (optional) in a pot on the hob.

Put some cardamom pods and/or seeds

Bring to the boil, strain into a mug and enjoy.
