In this video tutorial I am going to show you how to make sweet cinnamon butter. It is a very simple recipe and you can use soft brown sugar, caster sugar or honey instead of icing sugar. This butter can be used for toast and other recipes that call for sweet butter.

Ingredients honey cinnamon butter

Unsalted butter (any amount, depends on what you are making)

Cinnamon powder (to taste)

Icing sugar, soft brown sugar, caster sugar or honey for sweetness (to taste)

Method for making honey cinnamon butter

Put the butter, cinnamon powder and sugar or honey in a bowl and mix.

Taste and if you need more sugar or honey add some, I go by taste for this kind of recipe

Cover the bowl and put it in the fridge or wrap it in some clingfilm and put it in the fridge until you need it.

You can freeze it too if you like. I make this when I need it so I do not freeze it.
