For the Victoria sandwich cake I recommend American buttercream and jam it can be homemade strawberry jam or any of your favourites.

For the lemon and coconut cake I recommend some homemade lemon curd and some lemon buttercream. You can make Swiss meringue buttercream and flavour it lemon with lemon zest or lemon flavour
