In this video I show you how to make a chocolate cheesecake, no bake which is a great dessert idea. I make the cheesecakes in hollow chocolate eggs.
Ingredients for the no bake chocolate cheesecake (How much you need depend on the size of your chocolate egg)
Biscuits of your choice (crushed)
Melted butter
Crush the biscuits and add some butter to bind the biscuits. Leave to cool completely
Cheesecake filling
How to make cheesecake filling
Cream cheese
Double cream
Icing sugar
Vanilla extract
Method for cheesecake filling
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thick
Put the ingredients in a piping bag fitted with a closed star nozzle if you want to pipe the topping
If not piping you can use a spoon to fill the chocolate shell and spread the filling with a knife instead
How to assemble the no bake chocolate cheesecake
Unwrap the chocolate egg and then separate the two halves
Put some of the cold biscuit mixture in the chocolate half
Spoon in and spread the filling with a knife or pipe the filling.
Sprinkle some crushed biscuits on top or add some chocolate and sprinkles
Serve and enjoy.
