This bundt cake recipe is one of my favourite and just a simple dusting of icing sugar is all it needs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients :  Marble Bundt Cake<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>5 large eggs (about 350 grams eggs)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>380 grams self-raising flour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>300 grams caster sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>200 grams softened butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>150 grams vegetable oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> 20 grams cocoa powder<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method : Marble bundt cake<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Prepare a bundt tin by using non-stick spray or like I do by melting some butter and then brushing the butter into the bundt pan and sprinkle some flour into the bundt pan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pre-heat the oven to 180 Celsius<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whisk the butter, sugar and oil together until light in colour<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Add the eggs one at a time and whisk well before adding in the next egg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the flour into the egg mixture and fold in the mixture until smooth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Divide the mixture between two bowls, add cocoa powder to one of the bowls and mix it in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the mixture into the cake tin alternating between the colours.  When it is all mixed in get a toothpick and swirl the mixture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bake in the oven for about 40-45 minutes until firm to the touch, test with a cake tester.  If it comes out clean it is ready. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remove from the oven, put it on a cooling rack and leave it in the tin for about 10 minutes.  Get another cooling rack and place it on top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Flip the cake over and then remove the cooling rack and remove the cake tin.  Leave to cool completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When it is completely cool put it on a serving plate and dust with some icing sugar and serve.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>I love bundt cake tin designs and I still get excited to see the reveal of each design when it comes out of the cake tin.
