It is quick and simple to make and they taste great.\u00a0 This recipe is fluffy and moist and simple to make.\u00a0 Oreos are a type of sandwiched cookies and are available in various flavours.<\/p>\n<p>(Makes about 17 cupcakes depending how much mix you put in your cupcakes)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>150g softened unsalted butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00a050ml vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>225g self-raising flour<\/li>\n<li>150g golden caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>crushed Oreos<\/li>\n<li>200g eggs (about 3 large eggs), at room temperature.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 175 Celsius. Line you cupcake trays and put to one side.<\/li>\n<li>Put butter and oil and bowl and whisk together until it is creamy.<\/li>\n<li>Add in the sugar and whisk together then add in the eggs one at a time and mix<\/li>\n<li>Add in the flour and crushed Oreos and mix together<\/li>\n<li>Divide the mixture between the prepared cupcake trays and bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until nice and golden brown.<\/li>\n<li>Test with a toothpick and if it comes out clean they are ready.<\/li>\n<li>You can decorate with some <a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/easy-small-batch-swiss-meringue-buttercream-recipe\/\">Swiss meringue buttercream<\/a>\u00a0or <a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/cream-cheese-frosting-recipe-for-red-velvet-cake\/\">cream cheese frosting<\/a> and some crushed Oreos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Oreo cupcakes taste amazing, in this video tutorial I am going to share with you this Oreo cupcakes recipe.
