The strawberry flavour is quite strong in this cake and it is soft and moist and smells and tastes amazing.<\/p>\n<p>Strawberry flavour cake is absolutely amazing and it is a big hit with children. This recipe goes really well with <a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/cream-cheese-icing-recipe\/\">cream cheese frosting<\/a> but other frostings or icings will work depending on what you like.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>200 ml vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>200 grams granulated white sugar<\/li>\n<li>4 large eggs, at room temperature<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>240 ml strawberry milkshake room temperature<\/li>\n<li>350 grams self-raising flour<\/li>\n<li>60 grams <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2pk68ra\">Strawberry Nesquik<\/a> powder<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>pink food colouring (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 180 Celsius<\/li>\n<li>Grease and line two 20cm round cake tins and put to one side<\/li>\n<li>In a large bowl, add vegetable oil and eggs and whisk together together, with a balloon whisk<\/li>\n<li>Add in the <a href=\"http:\/\/amzn.to\/2pk68ra\">strawberry Nesquik<\/a> powder and whisk together<\/li>\n<li>If using food colouring add it now and whisk it in well<\/li>\n<li>Add in the strawberry milkshake and salt and mix<\/li>\n<li>Then add in the sugar and vanilla extract and whisk<\/li>\n<li>Finally add in the flour and mix until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Divide the cake mixture between the two cupcake tins and and bake in the oven for 25 &#8211; 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
