I make the cheesecakes in hollow chocolate eggs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for the no bake chocolate cheesecake (How much you need depend on the size of your chocolate egg)<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Biscuits of your choice (crushed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Melted butter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Crush the biscuits and add some butter to bind the biscuits.  Leave to cool completely<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cheesecake filling<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to make cheesecake filling<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Cream cheese<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Double cream<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Icing sugar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vanilla extract <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method for cheesecake filling <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until thick<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put the ingredients in a <a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/how-to-use-a-piping-bag-without-a-coupler\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">piping bag fitted with a closed star nozzle<\/a> if you want to pipe the topping<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If not piping you can use a spoon to fill the chocolate shell and spread the filling with a knife instead<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to assemble the no bake chocolate cheesecake<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Unwrap the chocolate egg and then separate the two halves<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Put some of the cold biscuit mixture in the chocolate half<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Spoon in and spread the filling with a knife or pipe the filling.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sprinkle some crushed biscuits on top or add some chocolate and sprinkles<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Serve and enjoy.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In this video I show you how to make a chocolate cheesecake, no bake which is a great dessert idea.
