I made some sweet puff pastry<\/a> and then used it to make some sweet puff pastry recipes. They make great desserts and\/or snacks. They are similar to Danish pastries but with puff pastry<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need the following for the sweet puff pastry recipe ideas<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Homemade sweet puff pastry<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Almond paste<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Strawberry jam<\/a> or any other jam of your choice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Icing suar optional<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method for sweet puff pastry ideas UK<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Make shapes like the ones I made in the video<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Crescent shape : Cut circles and put the almond paste in the middle and fold and shape<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Square with jam- Put jam in the middle of a square and leave a boarder around the edges<\/p>\n\n\n\n

‘Windmill’ shape<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After making the shapes put them on a prepared baking tray<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bake in the oven at 200 Celsius for about 15-20 minutes until slightly golden brown on top (You may need more or less time depending on your oven)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remove them from the oven, leave them on the baking tray for about 5 minutes and put them on a cooling rack to cool completely.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
