I used this <a href=\"https:\/\/amzn.to\/31Got3L\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">organic peppermint extract<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, when the cakes are baking or cooling I made some <a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/chocolate-buttercream-icing-chocolate-buttercream\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chocolate buttercream<\/a>. I added some peppermint extract to the chocolate buttercream to make it peppermint buttercream.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When the mint chocolate  cakes cooled down I took one cake and put it on a cake plate, spread the mint chocolate  buttercream on it.  You can crumble some mint chocolates on top as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I put the second cake on top and added some buttercream.  You can pipe it on or spread it with a knife.
