They store well so you can keep them in an airtight container for a few days if making them for your family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients for cream cheese blondies UK<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100 gram chocolate chips<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grams cream cheese<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>125 grams butter, softened<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>150 grams soft light brown sugar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>250 grams plain flour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 teaspoon baking powder<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>  2 large eggs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>half teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Method for cream cheese blondies UK <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Pre-heat oven to 180 Celsius<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prepare an 8 inch square cake tin with some baking paper and put it to the side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mix the cream cheese and chocolate chips in a bowl and put to one side<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In a different bowl, put the butter, vanilla extract and sugar and whisk or mix together until creamy and light in colour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the eggs, one at a time and whisk well between each egg added<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add the flour and baking powder and mix <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Put half of the batter into the prepared cake tin and level it with a spoon<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Drop spaced out spoonfuls of half of the cream cheese and chocolate chip mix on top.
