There are different variations of the bread, some do not have any fruit in it at all just cinnamon sugar, like <a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/cinnamon-roll-buns\/\">cinnamon rolls<\/a>. This Swedish tea ring recipe is simple to make and it tastes amazing.<\/p>\n<p>The Swedish tea ring can be served warm or at room temperature depending on preference.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients for the dough<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>420g strong white bread flour, plus extra for dusting<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>10g dried fast action yeast<\/li>\n<li>25g unsalted butter, softened and cut into cubes<\/li>\n<li>35g caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>2 medium eggs<\/li>\n<li>200ml warm full-fat milk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the filling<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>100 grams dried cranberries<\/li>\n<li>100 grams raisins<\/li>\n<li>60g muscovado sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 tsp ground cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cardamom (optional)<\/li>\n<li>25 grams softened unsalted butter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For decorating<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/simple-water-icing\/\">water icing<\/a><\/li>\n<li>toasted flaked almonds<\/li>\n<li>glace cherries<\/li>\n<li>syrup to glaze (make the glaze by boiling 2 tablespoons water and 2 tablespoons water)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mix all your ingredients for the dough in a large bowl and mix.<\/p>\n<p>The dough will be a bit wet, tip it onto an oiled work surface and knead until nice and smooth.<\/p>\n<p>Put it back in the bowl, cover in tray<\/p>\n<p>Transfer the &#8216;log&#8217; onto the cookie tray and shape into a circle.
