I only like a certain look on my cookies otherwise they just do not feel right.\u00a0 \u00a0This is my favourite eggless chocolate chip cookies recipe that is\u00a0always a hit.<\/p>\n<p>These chocolate chip cookies are egg free so are great for people with egg allergies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eggless cookies : Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>115grams butter<\/li>\n<li>58grams light muscovado sugar<\/li>\n<li>58grams caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon golden syrup<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>175g self-raising flour<\/li>\n<li>200grams chocolate chips<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat the oven to 180\u00b0C (350\u00b0F)<\/li>\n<li>Get two baking sheets ready (If you only have one, you can bake \u00a0this chocolate chip cookie recipe in batches)<\/li>\n<li>Put the butter and sugars into a bowl and beat well with a wooden spoon until light and &#8216;fluffy&#8217;.\u00a0 You can use an electric whisk if you want<\/li>\n<li>Add in the vanilla extract and golden syrup.<\/li>\n<li>Add the flour and mix until almost combined and then add the chocolate chips and mix until fully combined<\/li>\n<li>Using your hands shape the dough into balls about 33-35grams each and place on baking sheets and leave a lot of space between them because they spread when baked.<\/li>\n<li>Bake for about 15 minutes until they are a pale brown on top.<\/li>\n<li>Remove from the oven and let the chocolate chip cookies cool for about 2 minutes on the baking sheets and transfer to cooling rack to cool completely or eat them when warm.<\/li>\n<li>Enjoy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can have lots of fun with these and try adding different things.\u00a0 I have made them with 100g smarties or M&amp;M&#8217;s and 100g chocolate chips with sprinkles on the dough balls and they look like this when baked.<\/p>\n<p>You can also try out these <a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/eggless-chocolate-cookies-without-eggs-egg-free-recipes\/\">eggless double chocolate chip cookies<\/a><\/p>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_4593.jpg\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-1703\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1703\" src=\"https:\/\/meadowbrown-trh1.wp1.site\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_4593-300x225.jpg\" alt=\"Chocolate chip cookie recipe\" width=\"300\" height=\"225\" srcset=\"https:\/\/meadowbrownbakery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_4593-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/meadowbrownbakery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_4593-600x450.jpg 600w, https:\/\/meadowbrownbakery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_4593-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/meadowbrownbakery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_4593-1024x768.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/meadowbrownbakery.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/01\/IMG_4593-1080x810.jpg 1080w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nothing beats a\u00a0 warm gooey cookie fresh from the oven.
