If you would like to know how to make them let me know and if I have enough requests I will make a tutorial for them.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 \u00bc cups self raising flour<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bc teaspoons baking powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon bicarbonate of soda<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup caster sugar<\/li>\n<li>1\/8 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>2 large eggs<\/li>\n<li>zest of one medium lemon<\/li>\n<li>juice of the lemon<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons vanilla extract<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd cup vegetable oil<\/li>\n<li>buttermilk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Method<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 175 Celsius<\/li>\n<li>Line your cupcake tray with cupcake cases<\/li>\n<li>Mix all your dry ingredients together in one bowl<\/li>\n<li>Squeeze your lemon juice into a half cup and then make a full cup of liquid by adding sour cream to fill up the \u00a012 cup<\/li>\n<li>Mix all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl or jug<\/li>\n<li>Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth<\/li>\n<li>Pour the mixture into the cupcake cases until they are about 2\/3 full<\/li>\n<li>Bake in the oven for about 14-16 minutes , test with a cake tester to see if they are baked through<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Remove from the oven and leave them in the tray for 2 minutes and then put them on a cooling rack to cool completely<\/p>\n<p>You can decorate them when they are completely cold with any icing of your choice.
