I love collecting Nordic Ware U.K cake tins and I have quite a few in my collection. This Citrus loaf pan is my latest addition and I cannot wait to try it out. I will share with you a recipe for it when I bake in it. My citrus loaf pan is with oranges in the pattern but there is also one with lemons which I am sure I will add to my collection too.
